Featuring a compact stainless steel body and a fully enclosed insulated water tank, our system ensures energy efficiency and prevents flavor mixing. It utilizes food-grade, high-temperature resistant piping with zoned design, coupled with a copper-core low-frequency power supply and advanced integrated circuits for stable operation and enhanced safety through self-diagnostic capabilities.

The dual-tank, six-head structure supports rapid water changes, equipped with a silent smooth lifting system and auto-wave heating technology for uniform heat distribution. With access to 1,000 built-in Chinese recipes, it caters to various dishes like noodles, dumplings, and hot pots via an oil and water-resistant touchscreen for easy operation.

Its modular design allows compatibility with multiple containers, extending functionalities such as blanching, broth heating, and thermal insulation, making it highly adaptable for diverse commercial settings.
